Services:
A professional building cleaning service deems no job too big or too small. We will accommodate the cleaning needs of companies of all sizes. We will tailor our services to your individual requirements. Cleanings are typically conducted after hours of operation and as often as needed. We take pride in our work and will provide services daily, alternating days, weekly, or even on a monthly basis.

Our Policies and Procedures:
1. WNY Regional Cleaning Services LLC is licensed and insured and has specialized in providing quality professional cleaning services
throughout Western New York since 2013.
2. We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies, but will use specialty products at the client’s instruction (supplied by the client). Whenever possible we will use environmentally friendly (green) products. All of our products are safe and tested to make sure they provide quality results. All of our cleaners are fully trained on their proper use.
3. Furniture and personal items will not be moved by our cleaners but may be moved by the client.
4. We guarantee consistent quality cleaning services. We assign reliable, trustworthy cleaning people that are motivated by company incentives and pay that is well above industry standard. The same, small dedicated crew will clean your facility on each visit. In the event of illness, vacation, or emergency, a temporary substitute may be required.
5. Our goal is to exceed your expectations for professional cleaning services in Buffalo, Rochester, and surrounding counties. We are confident in our abilities to retain customers and guarantee our work by not locking our clients into a long-term contract. A 30-day cancelation notice is all that we require.
6. For most accounts we will request 1-2 sets of keys/fobs if we need to gain access after business hours. Rest assured, as security is of the highest importance to us. Keys/fobs will never be labeled, and instead are coded with no personal information attached to them. All keys/fobs will be immediately returned upon cessation of service.
7. Schedule Changes or Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. We always try to accommodate your schedule. Services will not be provided on the holidays noted in the contract, however 1x/week and bi-weekly accounts will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
8. Payment: Invoices are sent via e-mail and/or traditional postal delivery depending on client preference. They are sent at the beginning of the month with a 30 day net payment. A $50 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 5th of the following month. Payment may be made via cash or check made out to WNY Regional Cleaning Services LLC.
9. Our cleaners take the greatest of care while inside your facility. While this has yet to become an issue, in the event something is broken our cleaning crew will immediately notify the client and our office of any accidental damage that occurs during any job.
10. A log book will be assigned to each account and is the primary and direct means of communication between our cleaners and a designated contact at each facility. The log book will be checked prior to each clean and will not be moved from the agreed upon location.
11. As owners, we take pride in our business and wish to personally oversee each and every account and will be directly involved in all forms of communication from clients beyond what the client chooses to write in the logbook. We offer several means of communication including call, text, and e-mail.
12. We conduct every aspect of our business with honesty, integrity and openness, respecting human rights and the interests of our clients, cleaners and third parties.
13. A fee equal to one year’s cleaning service will be charged to any client who hires a cleaner of WNY Regional Cleaning Services LLC or hires a former cleaner within two (2) years following the cleaner’s last day of service with WNY Regional Cleaning Services LLC.
14. We offer many special services which include (but are not limited to): exterior window cleaning, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing of floors, detailed and post-construction cleanings. Please contact us if you are interested in obtaining a quote for any of these services.
15. We will be happy to provide you with an estimated arrival time which shouldn’t vary too much from clean-to-clean, however a number of factors (weather, traffic, and earlier appointments for example) may affect this. We will do our best to accommodate requests for cleaning after a specified time.
16. All of our cleaners are required to complete a paid training program and will receive hands-on instructions tailored for each account as well as a copy of the core-service schedule to refer to. As such, it may be necessary to occasionally schedule walkthroughs for training purposes.
17. As a professional janitorial company, it is our duty to keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends. As such, we are constantly making improvements and adjustments to our practices to ensure you receive the highest quality clean.
